We recognize the needs of our shoppers and owners have changed.  Audi at Your Door is designed to give you a premium online shopping experience and peace of mind that your Audi dealer operates with your safety in mind. 

With Audi at Your Door, through participating dealers, you can: 
  • Have the test drive brought to you 
  • Appraise your trade-in virtually 
  • Work remotely to purchase your vehicle and have it delivered directly to your door 
  • Have your vehicle picked up and returned for service
*50 Mile Radius, $350 Pick Up/Delivery Service Fee.

Walter's Audi Service Pick Up and Delivery Process 

1. Call 951- 441-6192 to schedule your Audi at your door pick and delivery. 

2. Your Service Advisor will contact you via phone call on the day of your appointment.

3. One of our service team members will arrive to your home or office with a complimentary Audi loaner vehicle for your convenience.

4.  Our team member will drive your vehicle to our service center taking all safety precautions and adhering to all traffic regulations.

5. When your vehicle arrives at our Service Center, your repair order will be given to the Service Advisor for the work to be performed on your Audi.

Completion of Service

1. Your Service Advisor will contact you to review the work performed on your vehicle.

2. Your vehicle will be delivered to your home or office and a walk around will be performed. 

3. Complete your service by signing your invoice .

4. Your service is completed and the loaner vehicle will be retrieved.

*15 Mile Radius, Maximum 3 Scheduled per day, Scheduled Maintenance and Recalls (No Check Engine, Leaks) $100.00 Pick Up/Delivery Service Fee each way.
