  One of Bob's greatest satisfactions of working here at Walter's Audi is that he's given the opportunity to help solve customers' challenges.  He loves the idea of being able to help customers and get their cars back to them better than when they came in.  He loves how enthusiastic Walter's Audi's customer are about their cars. To most of Walter's customers they are more than just transportation; they are passionate about the brand like he is.
  
  One insight that Bob would like to impart is a common theme between Walter's and Audi, is the idea of delighting Customers, going the extra distance to take care of them.  He explains, that both  believe in this idea and try to accomplish that day in and day out.
